IBPS PO Syllabus & Exam Pattern 2023:

Selection Procedure:

IBPS PO selection involves three steps as follows.

• Online Preliminary Exam
• Online Main Exam
• Personal Interview

IBPS PO Exam Pattern 2023:

a. Online Preliminary Examination

b. Online Main Examination

Note:

• The test will be bilingual, i.e. English and Hindi.
• All questions will be of objective type with five options.
• For each wrong answer, there will be 0.25 marks detected from the total marks.
• But unanswered questions will not carry any negative marks.
• There will be a sectional as well as an overall cut-off.

c. Personal Interview

Candidates who qualified in the mains exam will be called for the Personal Interview.

• The minimum qualifying marks in the interview will not be less than 40% (35% for SC / ST / OBC / PWBD candidates).
• The weightage (ratio) of Online Main Examination and interview will be 80:20 respectively.
• The final results will be based on combining the scores of the main exam and the interview.
