Physical Fitness Test
Candidates who qualify for the written examination will undergo a Physical Fitness Test (PFT) lasting approximately 2 days. Physically challenged candidates are ineligible for this examination. The PFT parameters include:
- 1.6 Km run to be completed in 7 minutes
- 20 Squat ups (Uthak Baithak)
- 10 Push-ups
Note: Candidates are requested to bring their sports attire, shoes, etc.
Medical Examination
After qualifying for the written exam and physical fitness test, candidates will undergo a medical examination conducted by authorized Military Doctors.
